I enjoy delving into a case, thinking alongside clients, and finding solutions that are not only legally sound but also practical and effective. I believe in clear communication, short lines of contact, and an approachable way of working.”

Study & career
Romy obtained her Master’s degree in Civil Law, specialising in Employment Law, at Radboud University in Nijmegen. Driven by her broad interest in private law, she also completed several courses within the Master’s programme in Corporate Law. During her studies, Romy gained practical experience at a renowned law firm in Eindhoven and worked as a student assistant within the Department of Labour Law at Radboud University. After completing her Master’s degree, she joined Law & Pepper as a Legal Associate. She aims to be admitted to the Dutch Bar next year.
